The process is very simple. You can either fill out the CASH offer form or give us a call. If the house is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule to see the house. When we meet you at the house we walk through and look at what repairs or other changes are necessary. Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will draw up the paper work that is then taken to the Lawyers Office. The Lawyers Office prepares for the closing. You receive your money for the house at the closing and you're done!

Of course! Most of the houses we buy need repairs. Those are the ones we actually prefer. Don't worry about any level of repairs. We can handle anything!

Yes! If you have a house that does not need repairs, don't worry, we also buy those!

We can usually see the house and make you an offer on the spot. This typically happens within 24 hours, if you are able to show the property or give access to it.
